A dietitian curated  meal plan can reduce stress of identifying what to eat, allowing you to focus on cooking simple meals and eating mindfully. 

Your dietitian guides you along the journey, but each meal and recipe are ultimately chosen and changed by the client - afterall you're cooking and eating the meal so you should be in the driver's seat.

Meal plans are available for low FODMAP reduction, reintroduction, and adapted low FODMAP diets.

Each meal plan program includes: 

  • Recipes with options to include family members and guests

  • Grocery List 

  • Restaurant and healthier packaged foods that fit your recommendations 

  • Food log which your dietitian can review to guide choices

  • Batch cooking options

  • Meal Prep schedule 

  • Options to enter your own recipes or simple meals not suggested by the meal plan program

  • Calorie and nutrient analysis per recipe (optional)

  • Secure messaging, allowing you to ask your dietitian questions

  • Average cost per recipe

Program A
3 months  - $275 

Package Includes:

  • One hour initial appointment

  • Weekly coaching during first four weeks through secure messaging system

  • Three 15 minute check-ins, total 45 minutes follow up 

  • Food log reviews as requested

  • Unlimited messaging 

Program B
2 months - $250

Package Includes:  

  •  One hour initial appointment 

  • Weekly coaching during first three weeks through secure messaging system

  • Food log reviews & feedback for two weeks

  • Two 15 minute check-ins, total 30 minutes follow up

Meal Plan Extension
6 months  $100 

Available once you've completed your initial meal plan program to transform goals into long term habits. 

This helps clients build sustainable planning, meal preparation, and cooking habits.
